Our shared spaces are designed to make everyday living easy. Whether you're cooking, catching up over dinner, doing a quick laundry load or enjoying some fresh air, here’s what you can expect.
Kitchen & dining
If you’d rather cook than eat out every night, the shared kitchen gives you the space to do it properly. There’s a full-size oven, hob, microwave, and plenty of worktop space — along with cookware, utensils and dining tables for when it’s time to sit down and enjoy it.
Tea and coffee are always available, and there’s space to store your groceries during your stay. You’re welcome to use everything — we simply ask that you leave the kitchen as you’d hope to find it.
Laundry
We have self-service washing and drying facilities on site, making it easy to stay on top of laundry during longer visits.
A small usage charge of £1 per 30 minutes applies, and we recommend bringing laundry detergent (pods are usually the easiest option). Full instructions are displayed by the machines.
Outdoor space
Our courtyard offers a relaxed outdoor spot to sit with a coffee, take a call, or unwind after a busy day in the city.
As we’re located on a quiet residential street, we simply ask guests to be mindful of neighbours, particularly later in the evening.
For the comfort of all guests and neighbours, shared facilities are available between 06:30 and 22:30.
