Arrival and check-in
No reception desk, no fiddly lockbox, and no waiting around. Here's how arrival works.
1. Check in online (7 days before arrival)
You'll receive an online check-in invitation by email. It only takes a few minutes — please complete it so we can prepare for your arrival.
2. Get check-in details (1 day before arrival)
Your room number and 4-digit access code will be sent by email. Keep these details to hand.
3. Arrive (from 3pm)
Your door code will work from 3pm. If your room is ready before this time, we'll send an email to let you know you can arrive earlier.
4. Enter your code
Type your access code on the front door keypad, head to your room, then do the same on your room's door.
Studio 9 and Studio 10 have a separate entrance – just follow the sign.
5. Enjoy your stay!
You'll find useful information, a code reminder card, and a welcome snack waiting for you. If you need anything, just contact us!
Always here to help
Arriving early?
We may be able to offer an earlier check-in for a small charge. If we can't, then we can arrange luggage drop-off at an agreed time. Your bags will then be waiting for you in your room when you return. Please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival.
Staying for 8 weeks or more?
We'll greet you in person, because we know you're likely to have more luggage and questions. We'll get in touch with you directly shortly before arrival to arrange a check-in time. Instead of entering your code, just ring the doorbell at the agreed time and we will assist you right away.
Need a hand?
If you would like help with taking luggage to your room, we can arrange this. You can request assistance during online check-in, or just contact us at least 24 hours before arrival. You'll then ring the doorbell and a member of the team will greet you.
