All bills are included — gas, electricity, water, and WiFi. We don't do hidden extras or end-of-stay cleaning fees.
Stays between four and seven weeks automatically qualify for a discount of up to 20% off the nightly rate — no code needed. If you end up staying longer, fixed weekly rates kick in from eight weeks with the balance split into monthly instalments.
